Internal absorbent for medium to heavy flows, with cotton applicator.

Instructions for use
After washing your hands, remove the applicator from its wrapper.
The applicator consists of two tubes, one inserted into the other. You need to extend the applicator by pulling the inner tube outwards until you hear a click. Now you can insert the internal absorbent.
Place the rounded tip of the outer tube on the vaginal opening.
Point the internal absorbent towards your lower back.
Holding the applicator tightly on the ribbed rings, push the inner tube completely into the outer tube with your index finger, and the internal absorbent will be inserted into the correct position in the vagina.
Carefully remove the two tubes. The string for removing the absorbent will hang outside. If the internal absorbent is uncomfortable, it means it has not been inserted correctly. Remove it and try inserting a new one. Dispose of the tubes and wrapper in a waste container. Do not flush them down the toilet.
When you are ready to remove the tampon, relax and pull the removal string downwards, following the same angle used for inserting the tampon. The tampon is biodegradable and can be flushed down the toilet or wrapped in paper and thrown in the rubbish bin.
