Description
Kukicha is made from a blend of different parts of the green tea plant: three-year-old twigs cut from the lower part of the plant, thicker twigs harvested every 10 years, and thin twigs and leaves harvested annually. The various twigs are air-dried and left to rest for a year. They are then cut, sorted by size, and roasted for 15-20 minutes. It contains only one-tenth of the theine found in classic tea. Suitable for vegans.

Directions for use
Place one filter bag in a teapot for each cup of boiling water and let it infuse for a few minutes, depending on the desired strength.
