Description
Food supplement based on plant extracts, with saffron-valerian-green tea, with Quatrefolic (folate), myo-inositol, melatonin and vitamin D (cholecalciferol).
Saffron contributes to normal mood and Quatrefolic (folate) contributes to normal psychological function. Valerian contributes to relaxation and sleep in cases of stress. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 2 ml, providing 1 mg of melatonin, shortly before bedtime). The presence of tea leaves, which provide theanine, has a tonic effect (physical and mental fatigue).

Sweeteners: xylitol, sucralose; green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] leaves d.e. titrated to 20% in theanine, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root d.e. titrated 0.8% in valerenic acids; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, talc; myo-inositol, flavorings; acidifier: citric acid; saffron (Crocus sativus L.) stigmas d.e. titrated 2% in safranal, melatonin, Quatrefolic (5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt), vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Directions for use
Chew or slowly dissolve 1 tablet, 1-2 times a day.
