The method uses a unique combination of a monoclonal antibody with a polyclonal antibody, which allows for the detection of hCG in urine samples with a very high degree of sensitivity.
The result is positive when two distinct colored bands appear in the C and T zones; it is negative when only one colored band appears in the C zone.
