Directions for use
To prepare an excellent tea, pour boiling water into a cup (about 150 ml), add a filter bag and let it steep for 5-8 minutes; it is recommended to cover the container to avoid dispersing the more volatile substances.
Before removing the filter bag, press it lightly with the back of a spoon.
Use one bag per cup. The resulting infusion can be sweetened to taste with sugar or honey.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
