Water, inositol, hydroalcoholic solution of chamomile (Chamomilla L.) flowers, zinc gluconate (zinc intake 10 mg, 100% NRV), Bupleurum d.e. 5/1 (Bupleurum chinense DC.) root, potassium sorbate, Nigella sativa d.e. 5/1 (Nigella sativa L.) seeds, Di-huang d.e. 5/1 [Rehmannia glutinosa (Gaernt.) DC.] root, sodium benzoate, melatonin.

Directions for use
We recommend taking 30 drops 3 times a day.
