Description
Food supplement based on vitamins and minerals with spirulina and vegetable extracts of nettle and horsetail. Cystine and methionine are part of keratin, the basic substance of hair and nails. Biotin, selenium and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair, while copper promotes normal hair pigmentation. Vitamin D and iron are involved in the process of cell division. Vitamin C, vitamin E, riboflavin and manganese contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Suitable for vegetarians.

How to use
1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a glass of water, preferably during one of the main meals.
