Description
Food supplement containing melatonin, tryptophan, vitamin B6 with organic chamomile extract. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin (present in 0.5 ml of product) shortly before bedtime. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. Chamomile helps with relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Fructose, purified water, L-tryptophan, organic chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower dry extract, flavouring, melatonin, pyridoxine hydrochloride; acidifier: citric acid; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; thickener: xanthan gum.

Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 0.5 ml orally once a day, in the evening shortly before bedtime, unless otherwise advised by your doctor.
Shake well before use.
The product can be taken as is or diluted in water, using the dedicated graduated dropper. Close carefully after each use with the dropper cap.

Warnings
Consult your doctor before using the product. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Any slight variations in colour and the formation of precipitates, which can be suspended by shaking, are linked to the normal variability of the natural ingredients and do not indicate an alteration in the quality of the product.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources, at room temperature not exceeding 25°C.
