Description
Medical device based on a hyaluronic acid and spermidine complex indicated for the treatment of female genitourinary syndromes. Hyaluronic acid is a physiological biopolymer consisting of glycosaminoglycans typical of the extracellular matrix.
When hydrated, it binds large quantities of water, thereby contributing to the integrity of epithelial-connective tissues. The complex releases spermidine in a sustained manner, assisting physiological renewal processes. Spermidine is an essential metabolite for physiology through the regulation of vital cellular processes. It is present in genitourinary tissues, although it can be a scarce/limiting factor, in which case exogenous supply becomes restorative of the physiological condition. The action of spermidine creates microenvironmental conditions of induced stimulation on cellular mechanosensors. This mode of action evokes positive micro-mechanical stimulation (comparable to a form of soft internal exercise) that leads to progressive vulvar, urethral, and vaginal re-education.
Ubigel Donna improves and supports genitourinary trophism with high bioadhesive capacity on tissues, forming a trophic film capable of supporting the recompaction of epithelial and connective layers. Ubigel Donna adheres to genitourinary tissues, progressively reducing perceived discomfort. The nature of the product allows its use in association with treatments aimed at vaginal infections. To be used in cases of vulvodynia.

Directions for use
Apply every other day for 4 weeks. After a one-week break, resume with one application every 3 days for another 4 weeks. Discontinue application if symptoms resolve early. Occasional use with sporadic applications is recommended to maintain the benefits obtained at the end of the treatment.
- Unscrew the cap and pierce the seal with the back of the cap.
- Press towards the finger of the opposite hand, dispensing about 1 cm of gel.
- Dispense a quantity of gel equal to 2 g of product.
- Apply with a brief massage to the vulvar area and let absorb for about two minutes.

Warnings
The product is intended exclusively for local use; do not use it by a route of administration different from that indicated in this leaflet. Do not use in pregnant women without consulting a doctor first. Do not use the product after the expiry date shown on the package. Do not use the tube if it is broken or damaged. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage
Store at a temperature between 4 °C and 30 °C. Close the tube after use.
Shelf life of unopened packaging: 36 months.
Shelf life after opening: 6 months.
