Description
Food supplement based on S-adenosyl methionine (SAME), Magshape microcapsules, Ginselect, betaine, folic acid and vitamins B12, B6, B2, B1. Ginseng is an antioxidant, tonic-adaptogen and, together with B vitamins, contributes to the reduction of physical and mental fatigue. Folic acid, together with magnesium, contributes to normal psychological function.

Ingredients
S-adenosyl methionine (SAME), Magshape microcapsules (corn starch, magnesium oxide, sunflower lecithin) betaine HCl, Ginselect (Panax ginseng C.A Meyer, root dry extract titrated to 7% ginsenosides), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; coating agents: shellac, HPMC (hydroxy-propyl-methyl-cellulose), acetic esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, talc, PEG (polyethylene glycol), PVP (polyvinylpyrrolidone); colourants: titanium dioxide, red iron oxide.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily, with a glass of water.
