Food supplement based on titrated dry extracts of valerian, hops and jujube, useful for promoting sleep and in cases of stress.

Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) dry extract titrated to 0.8% in valerenic acid, Hops (Humulus lupulus L., strobiles) dry extract titrated to 0.4% in total flavonoids, Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill., seeds) dry extract titrated to a minimum of 2% in triterpene saponins, corn maltodextrins; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cellulose, fatty acids, glycerol; coloring agent: titanium dioxide.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 tablets of the product daily, preferably one hour before bedtime.
