To adapt the correct quantity of ingredients to the intensity of the disturbances perceived by each woman, Valdispert Menopause Day&Night tablets are designed to be divided into two parts, thanks to the pre-cut line, which allows for modulating the administration as needed.
The two formulations have 3 components in common, whose intake is recommended throughout the 24-hour period: phytoestrogens from red clover extract mimic the regulatory effects of female estrogens, counteracting hot flashes, while Vitis vinifera is known for its anti-aging action. Magnesium combats fatigue, stabilizes mood, and contributes to the maintenance of bone structures.
The day formula (white tablets) is also characterised by the presence of mate extract, which promotes weight control and has an energising effect.
The night formula (pink tablets), on the other hand, contains melatonin, which, taken before bed, facilitates sleep.

Directions for use
For perimenopausal symptoms: 1/2 day formula tablet (white) in the morning and 1/2 night formula tablet (pink) in the evening shortly before bedtime.
For menopausal symptoms: 1 day formula tablet (white) in the morning and 1 night formula tablet (pink) in the evening shortly before bedtime.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take during pregnancy.
The product must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, longer than 3 weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor.

Store at room temperature (not exceeding 25°C); avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight, and contact with water.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an unopened package.
