Thanks to its slow-release tablet, the ingredients are progressively released for a period of up to 8 hours. It helps promote relaxation and sleep.
Contains a composition of specially selected ingredients to promote regular sleep:
- passionflower: promotes sleep quality;
- hawthorn: promotes relaxation and mental well-being;
- California poppy: promotes relaxation for regular sleep;
- valerian: promotes relaxation for sleep.

Bulking agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial part with flowers) e.s., valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., roots) e.s.; stabilizer: sodium alginate; California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham., aerial part) e.s., hawthorn [Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC., flowers and leaves] e.s.; stabilizer: xanthan gum; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use
1 tablet, 30 minutes before going to sleep.
