Product specially developed with ingredients to promote falling asleep and regular sleep.
Thanks to its double-layer tablet with double-release technology:
1. the 1st layer releases in 15 minutes, helping you fall asleep faster;
2. the 2nd layer progressively releases ingredients for up to 8 hours, helping to promote relaxation and sleep.
Falling asleep:
- melatonin 1 mg: contributes to the reduction of the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime;
- lemon balm: promotes relaxation and mental well-being.
Regular sleep:
- hawthorn: promotes relaxation and mental well-being;
- passionflower: promotes sleep quality;
- California poppy: promotes relaxation for regular sleep;
- valerian: promotes relaxation for sleep.

Ingredients
Stabilizers: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial part with flowers) dry extract, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) dry extract; stabilizer: sodium alginate; California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham., aerial part) dry extract, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) dry extract; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; hawthorn [Crataegus levigata (Poir.) DC., flowers and leaves] dry extract; stabilizer: xanthan gum; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate; colorant: copper complexes of chlorophyllins; stabilizers: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone; melatonin.

How to use
1 tablet daily, 30 minutes before bedtime.
