Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract (standardized to 0.8% in valerenic acids) and Valerian root powder; capsule constituent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide (if necessary).
*Dry extracts are supported by maltodextrins.
