Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract titrated to 0.8% in valerenic acids, inulin, maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); shell: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).

Gluten-free.
Naturally lactose-free.

Instructions for use
