What it is and what it is used for
Valeriana Dispert contains an active ingredient called valerian dry root extract. It is a hypnotic-sedative medicine, meaning it can induce sleep (hypnotic) and has a calming effect (sedative).
Valeriana Dispert is used as a mild sedative, also to promote restful sleep.

What you need to know before taking the medicine
Do not take Valeriana Dispert:
- if you are allergic to valerian or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in paragraph 6).
- if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, unless after careful evaluation by your doctor.

Possible side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
