Ingredients
Alcohol, purified water, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) rhizome and root fluid extract D/E* 1:1 [stabiliser: E 420(ii); colouring: E 150d].

How to use
30-40 drops, diluted in 1/2 glass of water (100 ml), before bedtime.
The product is suitable for adults and children aged 12 and over.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The use of food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
