Directions for use
It is recommended to take, depending on individual sensitivity, 1 to 5 tablets a day at any time. Suggested in the evening before dinner or before bedtime.
Close carefully after use.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Contains senna, frangula and rhubarb: do not administer to children under 12 years of age. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting your doctor.
