Alpha-lipoic acid MATRIS RETARD, sodium citicoline, casing: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gellan gum, sunflower lecithin; bulking agents: pregelatinized starch, calcium carbonate; e.s. of saffron stigmas (Crocus sativus L.) tit. 0.3% safranal, 0.8% crocins (PURPLEMIND), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), SOD superoxide dismutase (SuperOx-D), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B5 (Calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin H (biotin), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take two capsules daily half an hour before meals.
