Instructions for use
Take 10 ml in 120 ml of water, preferably before breakfast or two hours before sporting activity. How to open the bottle: unscrew the cap slowly and wait a few seconds, re-close the bottle and always shake gently before use. Any foaming phenomena when opening the product are due to the nature of the ingredients present.
