Food supplement with vitamin B6, melatonin and herbal extracts.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin, to be taken in anticipation of a sleep period of at least 6 hours.
No artificial flavors, colorings, sweeteners or preservatives.
Non-habit forming.

Ingredients
Glucose syrup, sucrose, water, gelatin (bovine), valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root extract; acidity regulator: citric acid; natural flavors; lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Miller) flower extract, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower extract; antioxidant: E300; glazing agent: E903; pyridoxine hydrochloride; melatonin.

How to use
Take 1 gummy 30 minutes before bedtime.
