Description
A food for special medical purposes based on citicoline (Cognizin), indicated for the dietary management of patients with pharmacologically stabilized glaucoma and progressive visual field loss.

Ingredients
Water, fructose, citicoline (Cognizin); acidity regulators: potassium citrate, sodium hydroxide; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; colorant: riboflavin.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Warnings
The product must be used under medical supervision. The product is not suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition. For adult use only.
The product should not be administered parenterally. Keep out of reach of children. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Production batches may have slightly different colors; this does not affect the quality of the finished product.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and localized heat sources, direct sunlight, and avoid contact with water.
The shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package.
