Description
Food supplement containing vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, and selenium, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system, vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress, and niacin, which contributes to normal psychological function and normal energy metabolism, along with riboflavin and thiamine.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: cellulose, tricalcium phosphate; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid; stabilizer: ethylcellulose), magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, calcium L-ascorbate, zinc gluconate, nicotinamide, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), ferrous fumarate, manganese gluconate, pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), L-selenomethionine, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), copper gluconate, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), coenzyme Q10, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), chromium picolinate, D-biotin, potassium iodide, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate, talc, glycerol, iron oxides and hydroxides.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day.
