Ingredients
Bulking agents: dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable stearic acid; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; thickener: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose.

Instructions for use
Swallow 1 tablet daily with water, preferably with a meal.

Once the bottle is opened, remove the protective cotton.
Do not use if the outer bottle seal is missing or damaged.
