Description
Food supplement based on vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin, the biochemical form physiologically present in the human body. Useful in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for this nutrient. Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. How to use
Slowly dissolve in the mouth or under the tongue or chew 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use if the outer seal of the bottle is missing or damaged. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
