Ingredients
L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), zinc citrate; acidity regulator: sodium hydrogen carbonate, sodium carbonate, acidifier: citric acid; bulking agent: sorbitol; colour: beta-carotene; sodium citrate; pregelatinized starch; orange flavour; sweetener: sodium saccharinate; sodium chloride.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
Take 1 effervescent tablet daily, dissolved in a glass of water (250 ml), preferably in the morning with breakfast.

Warnings
Keep the container tightly closed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. In case of pregnancy or breastfeeding, do not consume without first consulting your doctor. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. It is not indicated for people with hemochromatosis (excess iron absorption in the body), kidney function problems, and people with a tendency to form kidney stones. Contraindicated in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
