Description
Reduces prolactin secretion, stimulates luteinizing hormone production, and reduces follicle-stimulating hormone release.
Therapeutic use: premenstrual syndrome and mastodynia.

Directions for use
For premenstrual syndrome: one capsule daily for 10 days before menstruation. Continuous use of the product is recommended for at least six months, with breaks not exceeding two months.
It is also recommended to take the product daily during the first month to achieve benefits quickly.
For mastodynia: one capsule daily for at least two months.

Components
Standardized extract of Vitex agnus-castus.
The starting material consists of mature fruits. The extract is characterized by flavonoids such as casticin, isoorientin, vitexin, and isovitexin, and iridoid glycosides such as aucubin and agnoside. The extract acts on the anterior pituitary lobe, causing a mild overall effect.
