Pineapple d.e. (Ananas comosus Merr. - stipites), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), potassium aspartate, magnesium aspartate, inulin, calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, talc (bulking agents), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), calcium carbonate, hypromellose, iron oxide (colorant).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets per day, swallowed with a glass of water, away from meals.
