Ingredients
Bulking agents: cellulose, tricalcium phosphate; potassium citrate, magnesium oxide, protected vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); coating agent: ethylcellulose), alpha-lipoic acid, ferrous bisglycinate; coating agent: fatty acids; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), zinc oxide, calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), retinyl acetate (vitamin A), L-selenomethionine, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), phylloquinone (vitamin K), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), D-biotin, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Directions for use
Take 1 to 2 tablets per day, before meals, with a little water.
