Food supplement with oat fiber, which promotes the increase of fecal mass, inulin and fructooligosaccharides, which promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora, and dry marshmallow extract, which promotes intestinal transit and the regular functioning of the digestive system.

Ingredients
Inulin, lactulose (Galactopyranosyl Fructose), xanthan gum, mannitol, oat fiber powder titrated in beta-glucan, marshmallow (Althaea officinalis L., radix) dry extract; bulking agents: calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel); fructooligosaccharides (FOS), plum (Prunus dometica L., fructus) concentrated juice powder; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, talc; rhubarb (Rheum emodi Wall., rhizoma) titrated dry extract; coating agents: hydroxypropylcellulose, carnauba wax.
The raw materials are produced and packaged in facilities that also process milk and soy derivatives.

Directions for use
2 tablets daily; for easier swallowing, divide the tablets into two or more parts. Take with plenty of water.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor. Supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
