Description
Multivitamin and multimineral supplement. Formulated in odorless and flavorless capsules, which can be easily swallowed whole, as the coated surface facilitates swallowing. However, for those who have difficulty, the capsules can be opened and the powder they contain can be dissolved in food (fruit juices, broth, hot tea, mashed potatoes, minestrone, etc.).

Directions for use
Sleeve gastrectomy and gastric bypass: 1 capsule twice a day with meals for 3/6 months. Subsequently, 1 capsule a day always with meals.
Ketogenic diets: 1 capsule a day with meals for at least one month.
Gastric banding: 1 capsule twice a day with meals for 1 month. Subsequently, 1 capsule a day always with meals.
Deficiencies and replenishments (elderly or athletes): 1 capsule a day with meals for at least one month.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
