Description
A dual-action food supplement, suitable for prolonged use. It contains a formula of plant extracts (sage, maca, valerian, lemon balm, rhodiola), vitamins and minerals.
Sage helps alleviate hot flashes and night sweats.
Rhodiola promotes a normal mood.
Lemon balm, valerian, and passionflower promote sleep and relaxation, while vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Maca has a tonic action and helps counteract physical and mental fatigue.

Day capsule: Sage d.e. (Salvia officinalis L., leaves), maca d.e. (Lepidium meyenii Walp., root), edible gelatin, rhodiola d.e. (Rhodiola rosea L., root); bulking agents: rice powder and maltodextrin; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin D (cholecalciferol); colorant: titanium dioxide.

Night capsule: Valerian d.e. (Valeriana officinalis L., root), sage d.e. (Salvia officinalis L., leaves), lemon balm d.e. (Melissa officinalis L., leaves), edible gelatin; bulking agents: rice powder, maltodextrin; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; vitamin D (cholecalciferol); colorants: titanium dioxide and indigotine.

Directions for use
- Day: 1 white capsule with a glass of water, preferably at breakfast.
- Night: 1 blue capsule with a glass of water, preferably before going to bed.
