       Crocine
It has an inhibitory action on dopamine and norepinephrine re-uptake.
       Safranal
It has an inhibitory action on serotonin re-uptake. It is also responsible for the characteristic odor.

Ingredients
Saffron powder contains about 150 functional substances, 4 of which are particularly active in the central nervous system: crocetin; crocine; picrocrocin; safranal.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one capsule a day, preferably in the middle of the day.
