Description
A nutraceutical product based on Crocus Sativus L., Melatonin and Vitamin E, useful for promoting a physiological mood and the psychophysical well-being of the body.
Crocus Sativus L. acts by inhibiting the reuptake of dopamine and noradrenaline by crocin and picrocrocin, and the reuptake of serotonin by safranal. Melatonin helps to alleviate the effects of jet lag. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
In Italy, 25% of the population (15 million) suffers from depression. The pressing pace of daily life, exasperating social competition, the work environment, family problems and tensions, all contribute to creating a situation of psychophysical stress. This state of malaise manifests itself with sleep disturbances, anxiety, irritability, apathy, lack of energy, daily mood swings, all bothersome symptoms that indicate the presence of initial mild or moderate depression.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: maltodextrin; food gelatin capsule, water; colourants: E171, E132, E127; Safr'Activ (Crocus Sativus L. stigmata; carrier: maltodextrin) dry extract 2% in safranal; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; vitamin E (DL-α-Tocopheryl acetate; carriers: corn starch, silicon dioxide); melatonin.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take one capsule daily, to be swallowed without chewing. In case of difficulty swallowing, the capsule can be opened and the content (soluble powder) dispersed directly in water.

Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Do not take the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not consume after the expiry date.

Storage
Store at room temperature (below 25°C), in a cool, dry place. Keep away from sources of light and heat.
Shelf life unopened: 36 months.
