Bulking agents: cellulose, calcium phosphates; magnesium oxide, horsetail (Equisetum arvense L., aerial parts) dry extract titrated to 10% silica, soy [Glycine max (L.) Merr., seeds] dry extract titrated to 25% genistein (40% total isoflavones), hawthorn (Crataegus curvisepala Lind., flowers and leaves) dry extract titrated to 2.5% total flavonoids; stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; vitamin K2 (menaquinone); glazing agents: polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, talc; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; chaste tree (Vitex agnus castus L., fruits) dry extract titrated to 0.5% agnuside, trans-resveratrol (from knotweed roots, Polygonum cuspidatum Siebold & Zucc.), vitamin D (cholecalciferol); colorants: titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take up to two tablets per day, as needed.
