Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules of 500 mg half an hour before breakfast, lunch, and dinner for body weight up to 80 kg.
Take 3 g of zeolite per day, corresponding to 6 capsules of 500 mg, preferably before main meals.
In case of high oxidative stress, the dose can be doubled.
During the first 2 weeks of intake, it is recommended to start with the lowest dosage.
Zeolite can be taken with still natural water, but also with milk, yogurt, fruit juices and squeezed juices.

Storage
