How to use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules of 500 mg half an hour before meals in the morning, midday, and evening for body weight up to 80 kg.
Take 3 g of zeolite per day, corresponding to 6 capsules of 500 mg, preferably before main meals.
In case of high oxidative stress, the dose can be doubled.
During the first 2 weeks of use, it is recommended to start with the lowest dosage.
Zeolite can be taken with still water, but also with milk, yogurt, juices, and freshly squeezed fruit juices.
