Directions for use
For topical treatments: moisten the powder and apply it to the affected areas, leaving it to dry for 30-40 minutes. Remove with rotating movements and slight pressure on the affected area, like a peel.
Oral use: 1 level teaspoon in half a glass of lukewarm water half an hour before breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or 1 level scoop in half a liter of water.
Take 3 g of Zeolite daily, preferably before main meals, corresponding to 1 scoop.
In case of high oxidative stress, the dose can be doubled.
In the first 2 weeks of use, it is advisable to start with the lowest dosage.
Zeolite can be taken with still, uncarbonated water, but also with milk, yogurt, and fruit juices.
