Description
Cereal shortbread cookies with fruit, specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.
Excellent for breakfast or an afternoon snack.

Ingredients
Corn flour 20%, rice flour 16%, high oleic sunflower oil, sugar, potato starch, diced candied apricots 7% (apricots, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup; acidity regulator: citric acid), rice flour 7%, fruit 6% (sultanas 4.6%, hazelnuts 0.6%, dehydrated apple 0.5%), apple fiber 5%, tapioca starch, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate); emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; salt, natural flavors; antioxidant: rosemary extract.
May contain eggs, milk, soy, and other tree nuts.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.
