Cinnamon has an antioxidant action, while chamomile contributes to relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being.

Choline bitartrate; bulking agent: maltodextrin; palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L., flower) dry extract titrated at 3% apigenin, cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume, bark) powder; emulsifiers: sucrose esters of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; flavouring, soy [Glycine max (L.) Merr., seeds] dry extract 40% isoflavones, camphor [Cinnamomum camphora (L.) J.Presl, bark] powder, L-serine, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; vitamin A (retinyl acetate, BHT, gelatin, corn starch, sucrose); preservative: sodium benzoate; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day, dissolved in 1 glass of water (200 ml).

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age to avoid accidental ingestion of the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Do not use the product if the package is not intact.
Use is not recommended in cases of confirmed hypersensitivity to one or more of the listed ingredients.

Storage
Store at a temperature between 5 °C and 25 °C in a dry place (RH<50%). Avoid exposure to heat sources and sunlight. Store the product in its original packaging.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package.
Shelf life when unopened: 30 months.
