Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 20-30 drops diluted in water 2 or 3 times a day, away from meals; optionally, also 40 drops in the evening before going to bed.
To promote sublingual absorption, it is recommended to sip the product, holding it in the mouth for a few moments before swallowing.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
