Description
Food supplement based on GABA, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and plant extracts.
Promotes relaxation and mental well-being (hawthorn, griffonia), relaxation in case of stress (lavender), normal mood (lavender, griffonia). It also contains schisandra, an adaptogenic tonic, and vitamins B6 and B12, which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), griffonia dry extract [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., seeds] d.e. 25% 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), schisandra dry extract [Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill., fruit] d.e. 1% schisandrin, lavender dry extract (Lavandula angustifolia Mill., flowers) d.e. 4/1; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; hawthorn dry extract [Crataegus levigata (Poir.) DC., flowers and leaves] d.e. 0.5% flavonoids; coating agents: polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, talc, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets when needed, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, with a little water.
If necessary, up to a maximum of 4 tablets can be taken per day.
